[Tagging] RFC: Removal of Eruvs from OSM, and further boundry=religious

A ref or housenumber is attached to a physical object and usually has distinct characteristics. Surroundings and adjacent similar objects and will usually suffice for verification. 

A stand-alone pole is just a pole. What makes this pole mean anything?  A special form, colours, inscription, attachment or construction? If there is nothing specific about it, how does one know what it signifies?
