Some are in campgrounds - tagged access=customers, some are private so 
access=private.

Falls into the same situation as swimming pools - some people map 
private ones, some people don't map private ones.


I do target the campground ones, the private ones only mapped when 
evident when mapping private buildings and then only when they catch my 
eye.
