[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - place_of_worship=lourdes_grotto and man_made=grotto

I believe I followed the spirit of the discussion when I did the following:

* Created place_of_worship=lourdes_grotto (and redirected the proposal 
to there)

* Updated place_of_worship 's list of Values with the most common values 
for both place_of_worship and place_of_worship:type

* Added some explanation of place_of_worship as a key to 
amenity=place_of_worship (and cleaned up that article, it was difficult 
to read)

* Updated key:place_of_worship:type to nudge people towards 
place_of_worship=*

* Changed all current existing (15) place_of_worship:type=lourdes_grotto 
to place_of_worship=lourdes_grotto (and added information if I could 
find it) after careful research on each one of them
