[Tagging] fix the suggestion for replacement for pipeline=marker into marker=* + subject=pipeline ?

To tag the subject of an artistic work, we currently
use subject=* which is why I thought it was relevant
to use this key to also fill in what a marker is about.
I'm open to any better tag (that's the goal of my message)
but having one key per subject isn't a good idea.

nobody object that the current fix remplacement listed
in the depreciated features "marker=* + utility=" need
to be improved and that utility isn't mandatory to mark
a pipeline marker.
I was thinking of making the change at the end of the conversation.
if you loop on the current state of the wiki, i'll make
the change now and change it again if a better idea comes up.
