different names are used all over the globe, e.g.
"Embassy of the United States of America", "Embassy of USA",
"Embassy of United States". Inconsistency leads to miss-understanding
and poor re-use capacity of the data.

If commonly used local names in Australia/UK/New Zealand differ then
name tag should also differ.

If someone wishes to query for all USA embassies then machine-readable
tag indicating who has sent the representative is the solution.

And there is already such tag!

See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:country

-----------------------------------------------------

Note that name tag is for the commonly used name, even if it
is in some way incorrect

"Also let's use "The Holy See" instead the improper "Vatican" while possible."

Even if something is Apostolic Nunciature of The Holy See and
referring to it as "Vatican embassy" is incorrect but it is the most
commonly used and generally used name, then it should be still
tagged as
name=Vatican embassy
