[Tagging] Feature proposal - Approved - deprecate embassy=embassy

Hi,
The proposal
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/deprecate_embassy%3Dembassy>
to deprecate embassy=embassy and promote instead embassy=yes has been voted
with 33 yes, 0 no, 1 abstain so the proposal is accepted.
I would like to thank every person that voted.
This morning I will update the documentation accordingly.
