[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Approved - amenity=parcel_locker

Hi, for information, a consensus has been found within the french community
to operated a mechanical edit to ensure the transition from the deprecated
tag to the newly voted:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mechanical_Edits/overflorian-mass-edits/deprecate_vending%3Dparcel_pickup_in_France
I did this edit this morning: 451 objects have been edited over the 2059
<https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/amenity=parcel_locker#overview>
still using the old tag.
Has another local community taken action yet to make sure this transition
is done smoothly?
