I took a brief gander, looks like a "solid pillar of many communities" as a public service organization, with many, many good works. Yes, each facility has different facilities and offers different services. OSM is happy to "absorb the details" about these! (With proper tagging, of course, good tagging on a comprehensive "set" of things often grows over time).

I'll stand by a node tagged amenity=dojo as a good start, though I see and agree with the wiki's "The 'amenity' key is not well chosen for a sports facility. Please consider leisure=sports_centre or leisure=sports_hall and add sport=*". I don't think you MUST in this case, as judo is a bona fide Japanese do art, so no "smeary" ambiguity there. I would certainly use the operator=* tag (PCYC might work, maybe PCYC-Queensland if that is sensible). And opening_hours, pesky syntax and all, would be good for an "only 4 hours a day for 2 days a week" dojo (mat).
That node might (initially?) denote the mat, and if you know of other purposes for that mat, tag those, maybe with a sport=multi (if appropriate) if you choose leisure=sports_hall. (Could be gymnastics, cheer training...). Other "facilities" there (maybe a swimming pool, a tennis court, it looks like outdoors there or near there might be three or four pitches / recreation grounds that could use more specific tagging (name=*, sport=*...). Go to town with your tagging!

It is nice to look at it in an "early, rough state where the 'bones' are down..." and YOU get to be the one who starts to "flesh these out." Have fun: OSM has many such "gardens to nurture and grow."

That got me (and my browser, Safari 15.3) an error of the flavor "no style for the XML" (and Access Denied errors). I am not a Discord-er, maybe I haven't something installed as you do. No biggie.

For that one, I had to "shield my eyes." (Google Maps, OSM and ODbL, shouldn't mix, doncha-know...).
Fun to talk tagging with you.
