Hi, Thanks. I certainly do not want to complicate what is already complicated. I am fine with tagging multiple values in cases like the one you present. I believe multiple values would be needed for this particular case anyway, with or without "rules" being listed in the Wiki.

I am ready to change the proposal if we are able to find broader term covering all of "rules, guidelines and/or disclaimers", "no camping", "beware of ticks" and "pick up dog waste" and whatever of this kind. (I am intentionally excluding trail map*[see below] and any more detailed "educational" or "scientific" info on biology of ticks - these are something quite different and already covered by other values.)

Do you suggest that board_type=notice can cover that? Please note that the description of board_type=notice on Wiki is very different and very narrow - quoting: "At (parish or community) notice boards you can find parish notices or adverts for local events happening soon. (See also advertising=board - small billboard for neighbourhood advertising.)" I have checked on the Czech version, and I also passed the German, Russian and Polish versions to a translator. They all point out to a very specific type of board, frequently found in reality but completely different from what we are discussing.

So I see three options:
1. Original proposal
2. Find a new value with a broader meaning than "rules" (I can't)
3. Completely change the description of board_type=notice to let it cover the above mentioned cases

I am not in favor of 3. - I am afraid the change of definition could cause quite some confusion - there are seven language versions of the wiki page and over 17 thousands of board_type=notice already in the data.

* The issue of a map combined with other information is something I fight with very often. It would deserve a discussion too, but i believe it is not related to my proposal, so I would prefer not to continue the discussion in this thread.
