Incidentally, some regions indicate these restrictions using standard 
prohibitory traffic signs. For example, in California, a "No Campfires" 
sign would be traffic_sign=US:CA:PS-042. [1] It isn't uncommon to see a 
whole bunch of these signs assembled into a grid and nailed to a 
backboard, which sounds like a decent case for tagging a "rules board" 
as well.
