Yes, I know that one, but it has a different scope. Providing a good
overview by the way. It focuses more on inviting people to join
discussions based on teasers, for example:
"Gruff Owen started a discussion on Talk-GB about the mapping and
tagging of what he called a ‘goat track’"
While the project I suggested would probably list the takeaways from
each discussion instead (i.e., so you don't _have to_ join the
discussion unless you click each reference).
