[Tagging] An after-burner meta-discussion

I joined the list last year because others invited me, suggesting that
they would value my ideas for improvement. If you think everything is
good as is, just disregard my suggestion.

By the way, I've read through and replied to thousands of OSM comments
in the past, but that didn't turn up to be useful to anybody.
