there is rarely a summary of the arguments for/against, sometimes one 
line when there is a controversy (which is already a very good job on 
their part)

and indeed it would be nice if a 2000 line conversation ended with an 
ultra summary with pros/cons/decisions (make a proposal, improve the 
wiki, ...)
