[Tagging] It seems that opening_hours:covid19=* tag is a bad idea, right?

depending on the country, there are decisions to close discotheques
or concert halls, then X week later a reopening.
I find it relevant to use this tag to store the temporary schedule 
change in order to easily return to the old value.
I don't see any real advantage in throwing away a 1 month old opening_hours.
on the other hand, using the :covid19 keys to enter opening_hours that 
change without any connection to an administrative constraint,
this is the point that does not seem to me to be a good idea

rather than a global decision, I think it's up to the local communities 
to take care of the cleaning of the tags :covid19 when the sanitary 
closures are totally or partially removed
