However, it is possible to say when the survey was that resulted in any 
"open" or "closed" value**, and to review any values with "old" check 
dates (I've used overpass for this), and to check for any stragglers 
that might have fallen through the net

** I used "note:opening_hours:covid19" but I'd probably use something 
like "check_date" if I was adding the key now.
