Dear all,

It is with great pleasure that I announce you that the vote about the third installment of this proposal has ended today, and that the proposal was approved with 18 yes votes, 0 no votes and 0 abstentions.

Thank you to all the persons who helped me with this proposal, especially ZeLoneWolf, Bert Araali, SteveA, Adam Franco and the numerous German contributors who helped me understand the functioning of their forestry (and I sincerely hope that I forgot nobody, because this pet peeve annoyed me for one year and a half, so it may happen that I forgot someone, or sometwo… ;-)! I will take care of editing/creating the appropriate wiki pages in the following weeks.
