[Tagging] Clarification on the role link in route relations

Would you please stop trying to unilaterally redefine a tag that’s being used 13+ million times and pretend there is any consensus for your redefinition? TIA.

Deprecated.  Like lanes=* excluding some kinds of lanes, it offers no useful information but greatly complicates validation and is deprecated.
