to know what similar "facilities" exist in other countries, and if 
tagging could be improved.

Anbei ein Proposal für "Notfalltreffpunkt" mich würde interessieren 
welche ähnliche "Einrichtungen" in anderen Ländern existieren, und ob 
man das Tagging verbessern könnte.
