[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - window:shape

I've been thinking about the panes. They belong in this proposal, but as
regards to abandoned buildings, it would be interesting to tag whether
they still have window panes or whether the windows are boarded up with
plywood or metal. Also, in an abandoned (or any building), it just takes
one stone throw and you'd have to change the tagging. For "in-use"
buildings, the default would be glass, of course, but would you want
double-glazed and triple-glazed to be tagged different? For ruins, the
default would be "no glass", of course.
