It is like mapping prison as involuntary=yes tourism=hotel
instead of using amenity=prison
That is a signed warehouse, I would map it as
amenity=warehouse (NOT a standard tag, see https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/amenity=warehouse https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=ATYL )
maybe map sign as man_made=sign (the same, not a standard tag )
office=logistics / office=company would be more fitting for office space of
whoever manages such warehouses, but less likely to badly affect data consumers
shop=convenience is also clearly wrong - I opened
