[Tagging] How to tag a "seasonal" path passable only after mowing

As a Ramblers access officer I an not sure I understand the problem, and appreciate long grass can be harder, but why would long grass be a problem to a hiker. 

Many paths are kept clear by being walked on, grass gets flattened by the passage of feet.
