[Tagging] How to tag a "seasonal" path passable only after mowing

Everyone sees the world through different glasses (disclosure: I use
cyclists glasses).
But also for a rambler it makes a difference (at least in speed) whether a
grass-surface path is mowed or not.
(another example <https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=251885140012286>)
But on a bicycle it means the difference between a relatively smooth steady
travel, and stopping every ten metres to free the chain.
This problem is widespread here, and with the increased interest in gravel
and grass cycling it becomes even more important, due to the fact that most
cycling satnavs use OSM data.
I am missing an agreed scheme to say: "don't trust the information, because
it is extremely variable and unpredictable" but I also confess that I have
no clue how to handle this type of situation.
The mapping is aleatory depending on the state of the path the mapper has
encountered it.
