1. I don't like abusing namespace
2. I still thing that contact: have the same benefic of addr: (=able to 
get all key related to contact, both for mappers and datausers) and I've 
never seen anyone claim housenumber instead of addr:housenumber
3. I still belive that despite osm doesn't have a clean database schema,
trying to move in this direction is beneficial.

BUT previous attempts have shown that the depreciation of any of the 2 
keys has no consensus, not even a majority.
Therefore, although I am in favor of this idea, simply repeating exactly 
the same things as before is not very useful: those who are convinced 
are probably still convinced, those who are not convinced are probably 
still not convinced

of course it's not necessarily a bad thing to take the temperature once 
in a while, but not in that "I force the door and believe it will 
succeed" way
