[Tagging] Deprecating phone=* in favor of more ambiguity in the database

So let's stay with the facts. If the discussion is started again, then why don't you just not reply and ignore the thread? 
Looking at the volume of discussion, not everybody had the feeling the last word was said.
There are many threads on topics I'm not interested in. I don't go out and ban those people.

 I try, but I really cannot see why this justifies something as grave as a ban from the mailinglist.
