[Tagging] Deprecating phone=* in favor of more ambiguity in the database

Hi Steve, 

here in "private": I totally agree but I also consider that the debate,
as superfluous it may seem to some, started to get this harsher edge
after Frederik's response. Again. Maybe someone should consider it time
to send a warning for repeatedly making the mailing list a worse place
for debate. 

Sometimes the ,ailing list resembles real life: When people have a
rather emotional debate but everybody makes an effort to stay within
acceptable politeness levels and then somebody arrives and the starts
shouting around - even if his words in the strict sense are not YET
subject to potential warnings - it makes the whole debate derail. 

We really need a mechanism to settle these kind of things.
