"synonymously" is nearly perfect (every code need to be duplicate)
but fail when both key exist without the same value

contact:phone=2
what's the phone number of this POI ?
a) 1
b) 2
c) both
d) the lasted added value is ok, the previous one is not valid anymore
e) 1, 2 or both, you have no way of knowing
if you use one of the 2 phonenumber, you have an error rate of 33%
which is quite huge in terms of reliability
