[Tagging] Specify "private" - e.g. resident or employee parking lots

I tagged access=employees or access=customers in the past.

The question i always try to find. What could be the usage of this more
precise tagging? Could you imagine a router asking you what type of
relation you have to the poi you are trying to navigate? 

"Are you an employee to Walmart?"
"Are you a customer to Walmart?"
"Are you a contractor to Walmart?"
