[Tagging] Small fountain

That's probably because the definition should include a broader sense of
the meaning of fountain, not only the British one.
As discussed before in this mailing list, this is just too important in
many countries to be just a "stream of water forced upwards through a
small hole, for decorative effect".
If that's the correct definition in Britain, so be it, but please leave
it open to define the original and most used sense of the word in other
countries.
