[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - place_of_worship=lourdes_grotto and man_made=grotto

Dear all,

I propose to add two tags:

1. place of worship=lourdes grotto

A subtag of amenity=place_of_worship, for the specific type of 
place_of_worship which is the "Lourdes Grotto" (found in the hundreds 
throughout the Catholic world)

On the Talk page, someone suggested to migrate the undocumented but used 
(11 occurrences) place_of_worship:type=lourdes_grotto to the proposed 
tag, as per 
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:place_of_worship:type> 
place_of_worship=* is "an alternative" (preferred?).
There are 1800 more uses of place_of_worship:type, while there are 4160 
occurrences of place_of_worship=*. Maybe a migration is in order - this 
is one simple Overpass Turbo + JOSM upload, but I want to defer that 
discussion until after this proposal passes.

2. man made=grotto

A tag for human-made or human altered caves, that are built with the 
specific purpose to offer an interesting landscaping element in a park 
and/or to offer a leisurely attraction (sometimes romantic)
