[Tagging] building=kiosk for guard posts?

how such boxes should be tagged?

Is it OK to use building=kiosk? After all, architectural form is basically the same
and retail function of kiosk can and should be tagged by marking 
shop=kiosk or shop=ticket or shop=gift as a sepaarte object
(or with building:use=* on the building)

note - this is not about gatehouses that form gate over road

restricts it solely to retail and I think that it makes sense to change it

After all, there may be some tourism information kiosk, or one with
police stationed inside or with guard or toll collector.
