[Tagging] dog=yes for drinking water

I have a lot of dog=yes + amenity=drinking_water almost all look like the
picture linked below…

Seems like not that big of an issue in the grand scheme of things I’ve seen
many humans do far worse to a fountain/drinking water than a dog could. If
someone hasn’t figured out drinking fountain yet tagging them different
really is unlikely to “fix” that.
