> entrance=no can mean different things by the way, it can mean there is an entrance but it is not usable (e.g. emergency exit), but it can also mean there is no entrance and no opening (avoidance of doubt, e.g. a former entrance which was bricked or a potential entrance which isn’t used, in both cases it may have a housenumber e.g. in Italy)

by building and footway, I think that noexit=yes generally used to mark dead ends
is also OK (the same for road terminating in a building wall for some reason)
