I would think the description could be 'entrance=customers' if that is 
what is intended? That tag would be far more universal as it could be 
applied to other features e.g. restaurants, bars, offices

But the tag is 'entrance=service'. Then using service=* would be 
confused with the existing highway=service, service=*


entrance=employees;goods could be used where both coexist.

The word 'service' can be taken as mean 'service to a customer', 
particularity when applied to a shop.
