[Tagging] Twisted semantics of entrance=exit and entrance=emergency

The reason for the current situation is that we lack a good English term 
that could be used for "entrance-or-exit".

Having separate top-level keys for entrances and exits is undesirable. 
Perhaps the strongest of several reasons for this is that the vast 
majority of such features can be used as both an entrance AND an exit.

If you have a good suggestion for an "entrance-or-exit" key, though, 
that could be a way forward.
