[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - exit

Hi all,

the currently established tagging scheme for entrances & exits has three 
confusing tags:

* entrance=exit (somewhat misleading, since it's intended for exits that 
aren't entrances)
* entrance=emergency (incredibly misleading, since it's intended for 
emergency exits)
* entrance=entrance (nondescript, since it's not obvious that it implies 
exit=no)

My proposal deprecates these three tags in favor of tags with more clear 
semantics.
