[Tagging] Mapping of VLF antenna lines

There is a large very low frequency [1] antenna farm, the Jim Creek Naval
Radio Station[2] near Seattle, WA. A new mapper used power lines for the
antenna lines. Power lines aren't correct but I do admire his ingenuity.
How should these lines be tagged? They definitely are a flight hazard.
