right, but in the tagging situation you are proposing, they are not “normal students”. In the school situation, the school is for dyslectics, or people suffering from dyslexia, but the school is not for dyslexia.
IMHO the tag values should follow the same way of thinking so that it is apparent how to amend it, and how to interpret it.
