I gave the example to demonstrate the size of some of them.. not as a
perfect example of what might/should be done :)

You will note that is does not render...

There exists man_made=guy with some 41 uses... that too probably does
not render.
Rendering is a separate issue.. but ideally they should be rendered
slightly differently so that they can be distinguished on the map.
To complicate matters .. there are antenna feed cables too.
man_made=antenna_feed ? I know of 2 .. underground.
