I would say the three examples you show on the proposed wiki are not
stand-alone. They are attached to specific buildings. This would be
perfectly tagged as qr_code=yes on the some object (polygon or node) that
carries the other tags of the building, say building=yes; name=Xyz Cottage;
qr_code=yes; opening_hours=....
As pointed out above, it may be useful to provide in addition a means of
describing what type of information the QR Code provides: if it's a
historic building it may link to the description, but when it's near a
restaurant door, it may point to their menu.
This still may need more thought, I presume.
