[Tagging] Facebook giving weird OSM directions?

Strange title I know, & pretty sure it won't be an OSM problem, but we've
now found 3 Notes describing a similar problem:

https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/2985368#map=15/-27.3820/153.1525&layers=N

Doesn't help that none of them are lodged by mappers, so chances of getting
any further info are pretty well non-existent :-(

Any thoughts on how to check this out?
