[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - artwork_subject=sheela-na-gig

Hello all,

for International Women's Day and because it had been simmering on the
wiki and on my mind since last May, I'm starting a proposal for a tag
artwork_subject=sheela-na-gig:

I work in a museum where we happen to have one on display and there
seems to be an increased interest - people come especially to see her.
With about 110 examples in Ireland alone, I think they deserve their own
tag rather than being grouped elsewhere.
