A summer camp or sleepaway camp <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summer_camp>
is a different thing from a campsite or campground
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campsite>. leisure=summer_camp is for the
former, tourism=camp_site is for the latter. A summer camp is not a
special type of campsite. It may have some similarities, but it's more
like a special type of school or childcare center focused on the outdoors.
These are not places for the general public to stay, so it doesn't seem to
me that displaying them on OpenCampingMap would make sense.
