No, Denmark

So this is not legal in NL?

I do drive regularly in the Netherlands.

There are some differences between European countris.

E.g. Denmark use 15 minute intervals, meaning that that when you park you can round
up the time to the next quarter of an hour. Some other countries user 30 minutes
intervals. Some electronic "discs" have a button that can switch between 15 and 30
minute intervals.

My experience with parking is mainly Denmark, Germany, and The Netherlands.
