[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Approved - remove link to Wikidata from infoboxes

This proposal ended with clear support among people who participated
in the vote (27 for, 0 explicit abstain votes, 0 opposed).

It has become implemented, infoboxes are no longer instructed to
show Wikidata link.

Thanks to all people who participated in the vote.

As of now, all data on OSM Wiki about such links is present in data items,
and may be maintained/used there.
It should not be added anymore as wikidata parameter in infobox.
(adding wikipedia links in "External links" section is still welcomed,
if links are relevant and useful)

Please, let me know if anything is going wrong with infoboxes
as result of this change.
