area accessible to customers (mapping in this way makes easier to notice
where one should enter, though I guess that node would also work)

and support equipment (ideally it would exclude buildings and paved area)

I guess they would allow me to buy not-yet ready plants but in general
people will not do this as it defeats most of benefits of buying plants
in such shop.

@mapping shop on building
This in general works but often is causing various larger or smaller problems.
Mapping shops as nodes or separate areas is superior.
