[Tagging] leisure=sports_centre tagging

Thank you for your comments.

I saw that past discussion log of the tagging ML and the changelog of the
related wiki page.
As a result of the discussion, it seems that they have decided to tag a
pool facility with leisure = sports_centre.
But is this misunderstanding?
