[Tagging] semi pharmacies

what about pharmacies that don’t prepare medicines, only sell prepackaged products, I guess it’s still ok to tag amenity=pharmacy?

maybe an additional tag like preparing=no would be suitable to distinguish them (at least in areas where you would expect a pharmacy to have a pharmacist who can prepare individual medicines)?

by local law these are not considered “pharmacies” but for most customers it would not make a difference
