I've previously used office=government + government=administrative +
name=Whoever MP - State Member for "Whichever seat", as the official office
is provided by the Government, not the elected member, & will remain as the
office for that seat, regardless of which party is in power. That may only
be an Australian / Queensland peculiarity though?

May not be ideal, but seems to work? (& it renders! :-))

Haven't bothered with adding whatever party they belong to, but
political_party=* would work.
