[Tagging] discrepancy between wiki page "Bicycle" and wiki page "key:cycleway:lane"

Matteusz, I know that we are desperately short of  manpower.

but:
I am slow, but not too bad at mapping with JOSM
I am extremely slow and ignorant when it comes to wiki editing.
I am not good with defining precise requirements.
I am relatively good at detecting errors and problems from the end user's
perspective.
I am trying to dedicate my time to the things I feel I can produce results,
and I am trying to flag issues when I feel I am not up to fixing  them,
hoping that others may take them up.

BTW, "ein alter man ist kein D-Zug" as we say in German (an old man isn't
an express train) - I was born in 1944.
