[Tagging] semi pharmacies

If the pharmacist has left for the night then it's not "with pharmacists"
at that point.

Pharmacy nodes inside the wider shop outline is usually the mapping
solution for that sort of thing so the different opening hours can be
captured. Very common for pharmacies inside supermarkets and post offices
in same.
